TEL is available free of charge to any Tennessee resident and is accessible 24/7 from any computer with access to the internet. 

Regional eBook and Audiobook Download System (R.E.A.D.S.)     

allows you to download audio and ebooks to your computer.  Online help tutorials will walk you through the process.
